Quolus is an industry leading construction workforce supplier. We are B.C. owned and operated since 1993, focused on large multi-residential projects spanning the Lower Mainland.
Quolus Construction is currently seeking:
Carpenters with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in multi-residential construction.
Duties include:
- Tool & equipment use: hammers, nailers, tape measure, squares, power tools; lasers & laser levels.
- Materials: ID material types, cut & shape, join & install; take-offs.
- Framing: rough openings, beams & headers, joists & point loads, frame checks, back-framing.
- Basic forms: layout, build.
- Other: install doors & frames, install windows, moldings, hardware, steel-stud adaption.
Other potential specialty
- Steel stud: framing, back framing, reinforcing.
- Tools: snips, drill, grinders, power-actuated.
- Operate man-boom.
Job Requirements:
- Physically fit for manual labour.
- 3 years of carpentry experience.
- Intermediate verbal English.
- Completion of a 3-year apprenticeship program OR equivalent field experience.
- Must be able to commit to full time employment.
- Must own PPE.
- Must own basic carpentry tools & equipment
