Quolus Construction is currently seeking:
Lane Technicians / TCP’s (Traffic Control Persons) to read and interpret traffic control plans and lead teams to manage traffic flow and ensure safety on active construction sites, including set up and take-down of equipment.

Duties include:
- Direct traffic in and around construction sites in line with traffic control plan, including coordinating with larger TCP team.
- Develop & explain traffic control plans.
- Set-up & take-down of traffic control equipment.
- Facilitate deliveries.
- Communicate with public, deliveries, and site personnel clearly and calmly.
- Lead TCP team as needed.
Other potential specialty duties:
- Lane Technician accreditation and work as needed
Job Requirements:
- Physically fit to stand for long periods.
- Intermediate verbal English.
- 2 years of TCP experience on construction sites.
- Higher density projects require increased experience.
- BC CSA accredited TCP ticket.
- WHMIS1.
- Lane Control Technician certification (as needed)
- Must be able to commit to full time employment.
- Must have own tools and be able to commute to and from job site.
- Must own PPE.
