Occupational First Aid – Basic (Level 1)

This foundational course meets WorkSafeBC requirements for workplace first aid training. It is ideal for low-risk environments and provides essential skills for emergency response. 

What You’ll Learn 

• Basic Life Support (CPR-A): Techniques for adult CPR and AED use. 

• Small Wound Management: Proper care for minor cuts and abrasions. 

• Critical Airway, Breathing, and Circulation Interventions: Basic interventions with C-spine management.
