Payroll System Avanti

Hi Quolus and Horizon team, 

We have changed our payroll system to a new provider, Avanti, to improve employee experience and business efficiency. We ask your patience as we roll out the new system this upcoming pay. 

A reminder that payday is officially Thursday, though we try to pay on the Wednesday whenever possible. 

Attached is an example of what your new pay stub will look like. 

Regardless of whether you work for Horizon or Quolus, your paystub will show the Calmwater group of companies at the top. This is part of our rebranding that was mentioned in a previous monthly employee newsletter. 

Please note: the password to open your paystub is the 9 digits of your SIN (social insurance number). 

Part of this change is you now have an Avanti account where you can view your vacation balance, as well as make changes to your employee profile including address, phone number, and your tax documents. Additional features will be available in the portal in time. We will communicate these changes along with guidance as they are introduced.
